We have seen the worst of Hashtag challenges on the TikTok platform, ranging from the naked silhouette challenge to the latest flip bottle and remove your dress challenge! What more can we expect from a generation bent on mocking God and desecrating every moral boundary? I can’t imagine what the pit of hell will look like for those who have been dangerously trapped by such absurd content in the name of entertainment! Most content creators on the new media today are certified undercover agents of the devil.

Probably what King David saw Bathsheba doing when he looked through the palace balcony, “as taking her bath,” could pass the test of a Hashtag challenge today. Think of that! A biblical moment of temptation and downfall now feels like a modest clip compared to what is normalised and glamorised today on the internet. And what’s worse? It is shameful that some “stupid parents” supervise their silly children to engage in such aberration today with impunity.

The outrage is not just about the creators anymore. It’s about the consumers too; people who willingly open the gates of their souls to this madness and call it entertainment. Dear brother and sister, what is the nature of entertainment content that you are fond of consuming today on the new media?
